So, I really, really like Zwift

Dunno why. Maybe it’s the combination of technology, maybe it’s the low overhead for a workout. It boils down to:

    put on shorts
    grab water
    walk down stairs
    put on shoes
    ride
    Finish ride
    Check Strava
    Take off shoes
    Walk upstairs
    Shower
    Beers

When the bike’s loud, I oil the chain. About once a week, I check the tires. Easy.

Now, if I can do it enough to get some fitness, I’ll be happy.
