Until then, it’s just the daily look at the refurb section of the Apple Store to see if they mismark a 12″ G4 PowerMac at about $900, and fishing for the “MacBook” page…
The Mac Book Pros are showing up refurbished at the Apple store.

The Apple Store is showing the new Intel iMacs are reaching their refurbished list, 15% off retail. Which means that Mac Book Pros aren’t far behind!
Although, I’m still holding out for the upcoming iBook replacement, or possibly a 12″ (eqiv) MBP.
(Oh, and it’s beautiful here in Newport today – running at lunch for sure!)

Stop eating bread and white rice and potatoes. Eat all the vegetables you want. Pasta is good too because it doesn’t spike your sugar like other carbs.
Week 4

Adjust your schedule to allow exercise every day at a set time. When that time comes, no matter how tired you feel, put on your sneakers and workout clothes. Then exercise as much or as little as you feel you can handle. The idea is to make it a routine. There is no other objective at this point. Once it’s a routine, you’ll automatically start getting better at it. That part takes care of itself.
There’s more – it’ll make you laugh.
Hey – I use a great bit of software on my mac called TextWrangler, by Bare Bones Software. Don’t cost nothing, does what I need – lets me edit text; manages multiple files at the same time.
