182 this morning. 152-ish is a reasonable goal for my height, but I’ll probably slack if/when I hit 155. For the forseeable future, I’m doing it by exercise only – no freakish diets for me.

My current running goal is to go from a 10 mile base to a 20 mile base. After that, it’s a multi-sport focus until about July, when I start preparing for the Mystic Places Marathon
